• Account credentials (password stored as a secure hash)
• Asset information (names, descriptions, unique IDs, notes)

• Team member names and departments
• Asset check-in/check-out history and associated photos

When you use the App, we may automatically collect certain information, including:

• Device type, operating system, and version
• App usage data and interaction patterns

We use the information we collect to:

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which provides enterprise-grade security including encryption at rest and in transit. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• With your consent or at your direction
• To comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you delete your account, all associated data (assets, categories, members, history, and profile information) will be permanently deleted from our systems.

• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Export your data in CSV format
• Withdraw consent at any time by discontinuing use of the App

Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information.

Photos & Camera Access

The App may request access to your device's camera and photo library for the purpose of attaching photos to asset check-in/check-out records. Photos are stored securely and are only associated with your account. Camera access is optional and can be revoked through your device settings at any time.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
